These terms govern use of this website and enquiries submitted to Japan Private Transfer, operated by Eito Co., Ltd. A website enquiry is not a confirmed booking.

1. Operator and scope

This website is operated by Eito Co., Ltd. (榮騰株式会社), 344-1-202 Toyomi, Tako Town, Katori District, Chiba 289-2306, Japan. By using this website, you agree to these terms and our Privacy Policy. Separate written terms in a quotation or booking confirmation take priority for the relevant service.

2. Enquiries and booking confirmation

Submitting a journey request, saving enquiry details, or contacting us through WhatsApp, LINE or email is a request for information only. A transportation contract is formed only when we confirm the service, price and principal conditions in writing and, where required, receive payment or a deposit.

3. Information you provide

You must provide accurate and complete passenger, contact, flight, pickup, destination, luggage and special-assistance information. Please promptly notify us of changes. We are not responsible for delays or additional costs caused by incorrect, incomplete or late information.

4. Quotations and payment

Website descriptions and examples are not binding quotations. The written quotation states the applicable fare, inclusions, taxes, waiting time, extra stops, late-night charges, parking, tolls and payment terms. Additional services requested or required may incur extra charges, which will be explained where practicable.

5. Vehicles and service delivery

Vehicle images are illustrative. We may assign an equivalent or higher-class vehicle where reasonably necessary because of availability, maintenance, safety, passenger or luggage requirements. Transportation may be fulfilled by appropriately licensed partners. Safety, legal passenger limits and driver instructions must be observed at all times.

6. Flights, delays and waiting

We may monitor flights when a valid flight number is supplied, but flight information is not guaranteed. Included waiting time and charges for delay are stated in the written confirmation. Please contact us promptly after a delay, diversion or cancellation. Service adjustments remain subject to driver and vehicle availability.

7. Prohibited conduct and refusal of service

You must not misuse the website, interfere with its security, submit false requests, or use our services unlawfully. We may refuse or stop service where reasonably necessary for safety, unlawful conduct, abusive behavior, excessive intoxication, dangerous luggage, or a serious breach of confirmed conditions.

8. Changes and cancellation

Changes, cancellations, no-shows and refunds are governed by our Booking Changes & Cancellation Policy and any specific written conditions disclosed before confirmation.

9. Website availability and external services

We aim to keep the website accurate and available but do not guarantee uninterrupted operation or that every item is error-free. Links to WhatsApp, LINE, email, maps or other third-party services are provided for convenience and are governed by those providers’ terms.

10. Liability

To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, or loss caused by circumstances beyond our reasonable control, inaccurate customer information, or third-party systems. Nothing in these terms excludes or limits liability that cannot lawfully be excluded, including rights under applicable consumer law.

11. Governing law and updates

These terms are governed by Japanese law. Any dispute will be handled by a court having jurisdiction under Japanese law. We may update these terms; the version published when you use the website applies unless mandatory law or written booking terms require otherwise.
